Trip itinerary

Day 1 :
Arrival
Our team will welcome you to the airport. You will be transferred by bus to the marina. Your cabin will then be assigned, and you can begin to explore the boat.
Day 2 :
Departure from Safaga or Hurghada
After breakfast, a welcome briefing will be presented by the guide, covering the week's organization, onboard safety instructions, etc. Your diving documents and insurance will be checked before leaving the marina. The captain will set course to the first diving site, which is 30 minutes from departure, where the briefing for the "refresher" dive will be conducted. After lunch, you will perform the second dive of the day in the Hurghada area before continuing your journey north to reach the area of El Gouna, where you will spend the night at a site sheltered from the waves.
Day 3 :
Tiran
On this third day of the cruise, you will have the opportunity to explore the island of Tiran. Located near the tip of Sinai, this island offers three unique dives at three different sites. The first diving site, Thomas Reef, features a rich drop-off and a plateau to the west, where you may be lucky enough to spot sharks. You will then dive at Jackson Reef, followed by a dive at Gordon Reef. Afterward, you will head towards Ras Abou Gallum.
Day 4 :
Dahab & Nabq
Explore the wonders of Dahab and Nabq, two iconic diving spots in Sinai. In Dahab, dive the Blue Hole and Canyon, known for dramatic drop-offs and vibrant marine life. Nabq offers tranquil waters, coral plateaus, and mangroves, with turtles and rays for all-level divers.
Day 5 :
Ras Mohammed & Thistlegorm
Discover the best of Ras Mohamed and the Thistlegorm, two iconic Red Sea dive sites. Ras Mohamed offers vibrant coral reefs, dramatic walls, and abundant marine life, making it a must-see for divers. At the Thistlegorm, explore the legendary WWII shipwreck, filled with fascinating artifacts and surrounded by schools of fish, creating a perfect mix of history and underwater adventure.
Day 6 :
Thistlegorm & Abu Nuhas
Discover the best of Ras Mohamed and the Thistlegorm, two iconic Red Sea dive sites. Ras Mohamed offers vibrant coral reefs, dramatic walls, and abundant marine life, making it a must-see for divers. At the Thistlegorm, explore the legendary WWII shipwreck, filled with fascinating artifacts and surrounded by schools of fish, creating a perfect mix of history and underwater adventure.
Day 7 :
Hurghada or Safaga
The last two dives of the week will be conducted in Hurghada or Safaga, depending on the return marina. Stunning drop-offs await to make a grand finale of your week. The boat is scheduled to return in the afternoon. You will have the opportunity to rinse your equipment on the rear platform of the boat or take a stroll in Safaga/Hurghada. Depending on your flight schedule, other activities may be offered to fully enjoy your Friday afternoon.
Day 8 :
Departure
Depart from the boat after breakfast, or earlier, depending on your transfer time to the airport or hotel.

  • For the 7th night, Dune reserves the right to accommodate its guests in a minimum 3-star hotel, on a half-board basis in a double or triple sharing room (beverages not included).
  • Minimum of 15 dives, with additional dives possible depending on weather conditions and flight schedules.
  • Dune Red Sea reserves the right to limit the frequency of diving based on external events, weather conditions, diving level constraints, diver's physical condition, without any compensation claim.

Diver's Level

Level 1* CMAS or Open Water Diver (OWD) with a minimum of 30 logged dives is required.

Food

On board, both local cuisine and
international menus will be served.

VISA & TRANSFERS

Passengers are greeted at the airport by a
DUNE Egypt representative, holding a “DUNE”
sign. The meeting point will generally be just
outside the arrival hall after the baggage
claim and customs clearance area. You have
the possibility of getting airport assistance
with visa issuance for an extra fee.
